Campaigns Manager
to join our Entertainment team - Is this your next opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced and creatively driven individual to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative content for tier 1 campaigns. This role combines creative strategy with hands-on project management, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle, ideation sessions, and more. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for strong visual storytelling skills, making client briefs engaging for each platform-specific campaign.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Leading on all campaign briefs for a high profile client, both in terms of creative strategy, and project managing the delivery of RTB (Response To Brief) decks.
Curating the overall title strategy, platform specific approach, episodic release strategy and content pillars that should feed into each concept we produce.
Leading ideation sessions with the assigned campaign team and building both the deck and all other necessary documents for the campaign.
Reviewing all mock ups to ensure they're to a high standard and have platform best practices in mind, as well as applying any learnings from our social team.
Working with the social team on suggested copy or positioning, then ensuring all design/presentation of the slides is to a high standard.
Responsible for the final submission of the deck to the client.
Review and final approval of any mini-campaign RTBs (this is lead by Creative Partnerships Manager/Senior Partnerships Manager).
Digesting client feedback and initiating production of assets, including populating Asana boards and client social campaign docs.
Setting deadlines for the assets on Asana and working with the Creative PM/SPM to ensure they're assigned and delivered to deadline.
Reviewing all editorial assets to ensure they align with client expectations and standard of quality.
Coordinate a team of video editors and designers across multiple projects and timelines.
Supervise and feedback on editing and design content, utilising strong visual skills, to ensure that deliverables meet both Little Dot Studios' standards and client expectations.
Feed into performance reports post-launch to analyse the performance of creative assets and develop learnings to be applied to future projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
A conceptual and strategic thinker, capable of interpreting briefs and producing tactical and platform-specific ideas.
Strong understanding of team management tools to coordinate the team.
Experience of leading, inspiring and developing a team of editors and designers.
Demonstrable experience in turning client briefs into creative deliverables.
Clear communication and presentation skills, the ability to deliver information to clients with clarity on an individual and group basis.
Strong written skills, able to express ideas with clarity and engage the team.
Organised, someone who gets things done and orchestrates action.
Previous experience in campaign management is greatly desired.
