BOYLE Sports is looking for a talented Campaigns Planning Executive for its international marketing campaigns.
The preferred candidate will bring expertise in the Sports betting and Gaming sector, playing a key role in crafting highly engaging marketing campaigns centred on promotions and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing campaigns executions across each vertical within the overarching marketing strategy.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement campaigns across multiple channels and verticals.
Create comprehensive campaign plans, encompassing channels, tools, and content, ensuring top-tier quality.
Assume Go-To-Market responsibility for all campaigns from project scoping to team briefings, maintaining consistency in strategy throughout the year.
Collaborate with various teams, including Affiliates, PPC, Social Media, CRM, Product and Design to develop holistic campaigns.
Ensure optimal utilization of all campaigns, products, and promotions where applicable.
Work on several projects to introduce innovative strategies for enhancing customer perceptions, boosting acquisition, and driving revenues.
Identify areas for improvement to optimize outcomes.
Qualification and Education Requirements
2+ year experience in Sports and/or Gaming (Casino) campaigns.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Excel, GA.
Specialist Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of marketing and campaigns, market research, and competitive analysis.
Must be creative and analytical and results-driven with a strong desire to test, re-evaluate, optimize, and test again.
Proficient in handling numerous high-priority projects within a dynamic environment.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and resolute; a self-driven individual with a talent for creative problem-solving.
Have already proven your skills with successful media campaign development from scratch.
Exceptional Project Management skills essential for initiating and advancing new projects.
Quick to learn new software and functionality of new products
Must work well, both collaboratively and independently.
