Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a hands-on team on campervan conversions Assist with the fitting and installation of pop-tops, linings, and R&R beds, window fitting Apply general knowledge of campervans to ensure high-quality conversions Electrical knowledge related to campervans would be an advantage

Requirements:

Previous experience in campervan conversion or a similar trade preferred Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Responsibilities

Fitment of campervan equipment using hand tools, power tools, and schematics Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on campervans and related items Perform heavy lifting to move and position large or bulky items safely Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute repairs such as welding or equipment replacement Follow detailed schematics to ensure accurate assembly and repairs Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with equipment usage and queries Assist with the installation of new equipment and upgrades as required Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs

Qualifications

Proven experience would be an advantage due to the fast pace of this position Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical fitness capable of handling heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or manual work Previous experience working with campers is an advantage
