Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team which works with David Foot ltd to provide staff in multiple long running events. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of camping and festivals, providing exceptional guest services and contributing to a memorable experience for all attendees.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are presentable and functional. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or needs promptly. Meet greet and check-in guests when they arrive with 5 service
Having an eye for detail to ensure cleanliness and organisation around the campsite Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently before, during, and after events. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service . Support upselling initiatives by promoting additional services or products to guests when appropriate.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Organisational skills to assist in coordinating event logistics and operations.
