Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and organised at all times.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various office tasks as required.
Provide support to other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Skills
Proficient in Google Suite applications and basic computerised systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Experience in clerical work and data entry is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in an office setting.
