Are you an experienced facilities or operations manager looking for your next step? Riseholme College, part of Bishop Burton College, is seeking a motivated Campus Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our two Lincoln campuses - Riseholme Park and the Showground.
You'll be the visible lead on site, coordinating caretaking, cleaning, transport, events, and security, while ensuring our campuses provide an excellent experience for staff, students, and visitors. Acting as the first point of contact, you'll oversee local operations, manage teams, and work closely with our central Estates team to maintain high standards of compliance, health and safety, and service delivery.
This role will suit someone who is currently:
Managing facilities or estates in an education, public sector, or commercial setting.
Leading operational or site services teams within schools, colleges, universities, or large organisations.
Coordinating contractors, logistics, or events with a strong focus on service standards and safety.
