Position Overview
The role is to maintain and build relationships with potential self-funded learners. You will need to efficiently and expertly take them through Just It's sales cycle, confidently discussing and selling the range of digital and CIPD courses we offer, collecting payment and supporting them onto the programme. Post sale, you will be expected to maintain relationships with self-funded learners, as well as Bootcamp & ASF candidates across the business identifying opportunities for up and cross sells.
You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of duties ranging from undertaking initial sales calls from inbound enquiries, supporting the Candidate Engagement Manager with marketing leads and B2B opportunities, conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face. Actively supporting the team with retaining candidates until they successfully complete the programme.
Lead Driven - You will timely manage generate lead applications through a robust process converting these into programme starts.
Resource Driven - You will develop maintain effective partnerships with referral and engagement organisations to increase candidate uptake, additionally you will proactively search and screen candidates via job boards and other channels.
This is a target focused engagement position and will suit anyone who is focused on creating great outcomes for candidates and enjoys working towards and being recognised for achieving KPI's.
