Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Candidate Engagement Lead, you'll play a vital role in supporting the next generation of professionals by ensuring candidates and apprentices have a positive, informed, and engaging experience throughout their journey--from pre-enrolment to assessment. Working closely with the Next Generation Manager and wider team, you'll design and deliver events, create resources, and provide timely guidance that helps individuals progress with confidence.
This role contributes directly to our mission by building a strong, well-supported pipeline into membership and the wider profession, strengthening candidate engagement and support diversity and inclusion.
- Design and deliver an online schedule of webinars to support the candidate journey, including tailored sessions for apprentices, training providers, and Learning & Development teams.
- Creating engagement collateral for online and face-to-face events, ensuring materials are accessible and up to date.
- Plan and coordinate face-to-face engagement activities, including venue sourcing, logistics, communications, and event materials.
- Present events both online and in person, updating content based on feedback and changes to assessment processes.
- Maintain and update the Assessor bank of co-presenters and build relationships with newly qualified members to support events.
- Provide operational and administrative support, including invoicing, payments, issuing joining instructions, and maintaining accurate records across systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365,
Monday.com, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Next Generation initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to enhance engagement and improve the overall participant experience.
This is a hybrid position, requiring flexibility to spend approximately 60% of your time in the office or at events and 40% working remotely.

- Proven ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting online and in person.
- Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in building professional relationships and providing tailored support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital engagement tools.
- Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to support events outside standard business hours when required.
