Freemans Event Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Candidate Manager to join our staffing team in delivering seamless personnel coordination for some of the UK's most iconic live events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, people management, and operational delivery in a high-energy environment.
You'll be the key link between applicants, our staffing team, and on-site managers, ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, fully briefed and ready to deliver excellence.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce planning, or event operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios
Confident using staffing systems, spreadsheets, and communications tools
Calm, friendly, and solutions-focused
Job Responsibilities
Your role will vary, but typically includes:
Managing candidate communications and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Supporting the staffing team with onboarding, screening, and right-to-work compliance
Acting as the first point of contact for candidate queries regarding roles, schedules, and expectations
Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring GDPR compliance
Providing hands-on support at events, including staff check-ins and welfare oversight
