Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Candle and Skincare Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and working in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the entire production process, from assembling materials to ensuring the final product meets our high-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a small team and a creative, hands on, environment and has a keen eye for detail. You will be expected to help everyone with a variety of tasks as well as your own and enjoy each day being slightly different with new challenges and jobs to get done whilst having a positive time!

Responsibilities

Assemble product components and make ingredients lists for ordering Packing finished products into boxes and onto pallets for dispatch Keeping the workspace clean, clear and organised Making products to strict recipes and inspecting finished products for quality checks. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Pull together as a team to help others when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions accurately. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for crafting and an interest in candle making is highly desirable. Would need own transport as we are slightly out of the way so a car would help a lot if possible
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
