As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concession Manager to lead our team at Lakeside Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the concession store at Lakeside Centre, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and maintain a visually appealing store environment. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment to ensure availability of products. Build strong relationships with Lakeside Centre management and collaborate on promotional activities and events. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability. Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Passion for fragrances and luxury products. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
