We are one of the most sought after and respected Veterinary rehabilitation clinics in the North East. The founder of the company - is a nationally recognised leader in his field, lecturer for a university and various other educational establishments, an in-demand speaker at events with over 100+ attendees on a national level. The Role:



You will be responsible for treating a diverse hydrotherapy caseload of sub-acute and chronic canine patients in a positive and collaborative manner that delivers great results, whilst assisting the Veterinary Physiotherapists to achieve the client's goals for their pet.

Ultimately, to progress our patient's quality of life and to grow the revenue of the clinic by retaining the clients' we have. You will do this by creating deep and meaningful relations with our clients and providing a world-class level of customer and clinical care that ensures canine clients get the health outcomes their owner's need.

Tasks:



Communicate with clients in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about continuing with the plan of care the clinic has suggested to achieve the owners goals

Ensure that clients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame we set) that they are looking to achieve for their pet

Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the client and the clinic

Communicate the value of our service with the fee/price that the client will need to pay to access it

Ensure that clients remain excited about the prospect of coming for Veterinary physiotherapy/hydrotherapy (and remain committed to the treatment plan that the clinic suggests)

Provide a high level of customer & animal care that will cause clients to want to come back frequently and tell their friends and family about us as well

Ensure that clients complete a full plan of patient care (as agreed in the first session)

Ensure that clinical notes are kept up-to-date and accurate

Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program that is provided to all therapists.

Skills Needed:



Previous experience of working with dogs is essential

Be able to communicate with clients in such a way that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution to solve their problem

Be able to establish a positive rapport with canine patients & clients

To be able to engage with and connect with clients to help them feel at ease

Demonstrates a willingness to be held accountable for performance

Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force

Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to clients/patients when they arrive in the clinic

Organisation and planning: plans and organises, schedules in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.

Demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information

Persistence: demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done

Compensation/Salary: Starts at 23,712



Hours: Full time, 37.5-40 hours



Location:

Based in Darlington. This role requires working on Saturdays.
