About this Opportunity

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Engineer to come and join our Team!

This is a shift based role, where you will work on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis, working both days and nights.

Your mission in Crown

Within this role, you will work alongside both the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that mechanical breakdowns are quickly resolved and rectified. Focusing both on proactive and reactive measures, you will be part of the team to ensure that our equipment continues to run efficiently and effectively 24/7. You will be able to identify the root cause of any problem and provide and implement recommendations for improvement. You will have proven ability in re-engineering or reverse engineering spare parts using a full range of engineering machines (Lathes, mill, grinders etc).

About you

You will be a qualified Level 3 Maintenance/ Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. You have a solid knowledge of safety, hygiene and quality procedures. You are a team player with effective communication skills and continuous improvement mindset.
