Job Description

Responsibilities:



Liaise with shop managers to address purchasing concerns. Efficiently process purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct research on product pricing and availability in the open market for new items. Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and warehouses for shipment tracking and handling goods returns. Facilitate communication and follow-up on overseas purchase orders and shipments with shop managers and logistics partners. Maintain comprehensive records of purchased products and invoices in the system. Manage an up-to-date database of supplier contacts, including any specific requirements. Provide vital administrative support to restaurant operations. Oversee the maintenance of company utilities and communicate with brokers as needed. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or duties as required. Report directly to the office manager.

Requirements and Skills:



Preferably possess knowledge and experience in procurement. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Proficient in problem-solving. Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
