The Capacity Management Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in balancing supply and demand across the corrugated sheet and case manufacturing operations. This role ensures that customer requirements are met efficiently and seamlessly by coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Production teams, and leveraging the capabilities of other Logson Group manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities include:

Demand Planning & Coordination

Monitor and forecast demand for corrugated cases in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams.

Align production schedules with customer requirements to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

Inter-Site Production Management

Coordinate production moves across Logson Group sites to balance capacity and demand.

Ensure all inter-site transfers are executed smoothly, with no disruption to customer service or delivery timelines.

Customer Impact Mitigation

Act as the central point of contact for managing production changes, ensuring customers experience no negative impact.

Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding any changes in supply plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Production Planning, and Customer Service teams to maintain a unified approach to demand management.

Facilitate regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment across departments.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Utilise demand data and production metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Skills & experience

Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain coordination, or production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of corrugated packaging manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
