Due to the continued impressive growth of our capital allowances services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Allowances Senior Manager to join our growing team in London, United Kingdom.

Hybrid pattern:

3 days in office, 2 days working from home. (Open to 1 day in London office and remainder of office days in S&W offices)


In this pivotal role, you will help grow and shape our capital allowances practice contributing to business generation and providing expert advice to clients and managing complex projects across various industries.

Oversee and manage capital allowances projects for a diverse portfolio of clients Develop and implement strategies to maximize tax savings through capital allowances claims Lead client meetings and presentations to explain complex tax concepts and recommendations Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth Stay up-to-date with changes in UK tax legislation and regulations affecting capital allowances Collaborate with other tax specialists to provide comprehensive solutions to clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the capital allowances practice Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all project deliverables Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including articles, webinars, and industry events


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Ideally professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA, or RICS Experience in capital allowances tax consulting Expertise in capital allowances calculations and claims across various industries Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients Proven track record in managing capital allowances projects and delivering results Experience leading and mentoring junior team members In-depth understanding of various industries and their capital expenditure patterns Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax legislation changes
