We require an additional person to join our Garage Equipment division, the role of capital equipment coordinator is both interesting and demanding and is the important link between our Garage Equipment suppliers, engineers and our customers.
This role requires excellent skills in decision making, administration & planning as well as strong communications skills and an excellent telephone manor.
You will be required to receive orders for large items of equipment, plan the delivery, installation and carry out the necessary preparation work. Control the diary of our installation teams and ensure the project proceeds as per plan, once completed the necessary certification, invoicing and customer satisfaction administration is completed.
This is a lively and demanding role which means the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative is essential, the ability to make rapid decisions in a constantly changing environment is essential. Whilst no previous experience is necessary a knowledge of engineering or mechanical systems would be an advantage, the work planning systems and general administration require basic IT skills so good computer literacy is essential to the role.
