Discover the Role


We are seeking a dedicated professional to take full ownership of a client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for all accounting-related matters. This role involves proactive team management to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures, while maintaining strong client relationships through efficient and effective service delivery.





Key Responsibilities


Take responsibility for a team and a portfolio of clients Undertake "B" signatory or "A" if appropriate, responsibilities for the Company and provide cover to other sections when required Act as a lead client contact, chair service calls/KPI meetings, and lead preparations for Board Meetings Provide assistance with new business enquiries and client onboarding, including networking with key intermediaries Develop and maintain effective relationships with the clients, members of the team & wider business Review the effectiveness of processes & where applicable improve process workflows to find efficiencies Provide assistance with the interview process of new recruits, providing training and mentorship to staff





Key Requirements


Previous management experience within a financial institution and ideally in a Trust and Company Administration department Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role An accounting qualifications (ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
