Aid4Student Ltd is recruiting an experienced

Capital Project Manager

to deliver NHS capital schemes from concept to completion.
You will support the

Strategic Estates Programme Manager

and lead smaller capital projects independently, ensuring safe, compliant delivery within a live healthcare environment.
You will also act as

NEC3 Works Supervisor

during construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction stages, fulfilling

NEC3 Works Supervisor

duties. Lead smaller-scale capital schemes and assist major programmes from design through handover. Ensure full compliance with

HTM/HBN

, building regulations, health & safety, and Trust policies. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and chair progress meetings. Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, tender documents, and detailed reports. Monitor contractor performance, quality, and risk; deliver progress and financial updates. Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and commissioning data.

Essential Requirements

Degree (or equivalent experience) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or M&E Engineering. Recognised Project Management qualification. Proven track record delivering capital construction projects. Knowledge of CDM Regulations and current UK construction standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Competent with MS Project or equivalent project-management software.

Desirable

NHS Estates or public-sector capital-works experience. Experience with

NEC Engineering & Construction Contracts

. Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or similar).
