About the Role
We're looking for a
Capital Project Manager
to lead and support the successful delivery of all capital projects at our Edinburgh bakery. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of scope and quality.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of site capital projects
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Create and manage communication plans
Support other members of the project team
Manage budgets
Allocate project resources
Create schedule and project timeline
Who we are looking for
Strong technical background - degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Project management qualification (Prince2) or equivalent
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
Knowledge of techniques and tools
Experience as a project manager > 1M Budget
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software tools
Experience in the Food industry is desirable
Experience of managing projects across a multi-site business
