Job Overview
The Capital Sales Administrator will support the Capital Sales Manager with day-to-day administration of the Capital Sales function. They support both internal requirements and external customers to ensure their needs are met successfully and delivered on time. They will need to understand our target customers needs, enforcing the high standards of the sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support the sales team with quotes and responding to customer enquiries.
Assist in maintaining and updating the stocklist and sold machine log.
Organise and assist with the sold units to ensure smooth process.
Help advertise and market machines on the company website and third-party platforms.
Support the management of contract hire customers.
Updating documentation and data input.
Qualifications/Skills
Motivated, outgoing and driven.
Good organisational skills.
Good MS office and computer literacy skills.
Previous administration experience preferable.
