What You\'ll Be Doing:

As a Capture Manager, your role goes beyond the ordinary. You will:

Winning Executable Orders: Take the lead in all aspects of the capture activity, ensuring the successful acquisition of executable orders and achieving projected margin targets.

Capture Planning: Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive capture plan, including win strategy, price to win, and more.

Business Case Development: Create a compelling business case for pursuing and bidding for opportunities, complete with a capture budget.

Effective Processes: Plan, tailor, and utilize relevant processes, including LCM (Life Cycle Management) reviews and approvals.

Team Leadership: Identify requirements for Capture Team members and set clear objectives to guide their efforts.

Customer Engagement: Lead customer requirement influencing strategy, requirement interpretation, and solution option generation, including make/buy and partnering/teaming strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders effectively and keep the Business Leadership team well-informed and engaged, promptly escalating any issues requiring resolution.

Customer Relationship: Define the customer relationship and management strategy, engaging senior company executives in contact activities.

Smooth Hand-Over: Ensure a seamless hand-over to the Project Manager for the delivery phase during LCM Phase 2B review.

Your Skills and Experiences:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Educational Background: A degree level or equivalent qualifications, coupled with relevant experience.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role.

Business Winning Principles: Proficiency in Shipley Business Winning principles and familiarity with LCM governance processes.

MOD Contracts: Explicit knowledge and experience in working on campaigns for MOD contracts, including an understanding of terminology, timelines, and procurement processes.

As a Capture Manager, you\'ll report to the Head of UK Campaigns and lead Campaign Teams. You\'ll work in close collaboration across Functions and the wider Digital Intelligence business. Your journey begins at the LCM Phase 0 Review, where you\'ll lead the activity to capture business opportunities, ultimately handing over leadership to the Project Manager at the LCM Phase 2B review.
