Duties

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial sales or a related field is essential. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
