About The Role:

Shift Pattern:

5 days per week, varied shifts

Car Park Attendant

OCS are looking for

a Car Park Attendant

to join the Car Park team at the Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen.



The main purpose of the role is to assist with the day-to-day operations of the car park, providing customer service to the users of our car parks, ensuring car park cleaning standards are maintained and is a safe environment for all visitors.

Main duties:

Meet and greet visitors Dealing with customer queries Using and Maintaining car park database Maintaining cleaning standards within the car park Communicate effectively with all visitors and colleagues Assisting the customer service desk during busy periods Maintaining a safe & friendly environment for all visitors

Candidate requirements:

Customer service experience Approachable & friendly manner Good communication skills Basic IT Skills Ability to work as part of a team Positive & professional attitude To ensure that all clients and customers are dealt with promptly and courteously
