About the Role

As a Parking Attendant at

CarGem

, you will be the first point of contact for guests and customers. You'll ensure efficient traffic flow, assist with vehicle coordination, and play an important role in the release process for vehicles sold to customers. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and professional presence will help maintain a positive and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests and customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude. Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas and manage traffic flow safely and efficiently. Assist customers during the

release process of vehicles purchased

from CarGem. Verify necessary paperwork and coordinate with sales or delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle hand-offs. Monitor the parking lot for safety, security, and cleanliness, reporting any issues promptly. Support event logistics by coordinating parking for special occasions or high-traffic days. Provide assistance to families and children, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Use public speaking or clear verbal communication to guide or inform guests when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking and vehicle release areas.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Every other Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

One day off during the week

will be scheduled to ensure proper rest and work-life balance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Experience in event management, hospitality, or dealership environments is a plus. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Background working with children, or in roles like lifeguarding or food service, is helpful. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
