About the Role
This role involves patrolling and monitoring parking sites using your own insured, reliable vehicle. A full UK driving licence is essential. Mileage and fuel expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy. Alternatively a company car will be given to use to carry out the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol sites and monitor compliance with parking regulations.
- Issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) where necessary, following company procedures.
- Use handheld devices and software for ticketing.
- Interact professionally with the public, providing guidance on parking rules and PCNs.
- Collaborate with local enforcement when required.
- Conduct routine checks and report maintenance issues.
- Assist customers with payment systems and general enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of PCNs issued.
- Stay up to date with parking policies and industry changes.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience in parking enforcement or security is an advantage, but not essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
Comfortable working independently and outdoors in all weather.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Full UK driving licence and clean driving record.
Areas To Cover: Leicestershire-Loughborough-Hinckley
Current Vacancies: We currently have a Full time role of 35 hours to 40 hours a week.
Timings: will vary.
