Job Description
As a Parking Attendant you will be:
Issuing parking charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car park
Using provided company equipment to carry out tasks.
Carrying out foot patrols on car parks in line with Health & Safety and the IPC code of conduct.
Travelling between sites across the Cardiff/Newport
(VEHICLE PROVIDED)
, ensuring optimal routes are used and time is managed effectively in order to provide the correct coverage at the correct timesAssisting motorists with any general queries relating to the car park
Reviewing signage in car parks and providing feedback to head office
As a Parking Attendant you will receive:
Full UKCPS uniform and equipment
Continuous training to be a fully competent parking attendant
Company patrol vehicle
Company fuel card
Company mobile phone
Requirements:
A full UK Drivers License
A full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check, must be applied for on acceptance of a job offer, paid for by the employee.
It is essential that although this position, you have a flexible approach, to assist with local coverage during periods of holiday and sickness. Please consider this point before applying.
Hours of work are as follows
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - 10am - 7pm
Thursday 10am - 7pm
Friday 12pm - 9pm
Saturday 12pm - 9pm
Sunday 10am - 7pm
Total 45 hours per week

Salary - 12.50 per hour rising to 13.50 for hours work worked after 6pm
