We are expanding our field operations team and currently recruiting for a Car Park Attendant (Full Time) to support our car park sites across Norfolk.

This role will be 40 hours per week, on a rota basis (Monday-Sunday)

During seasonal periods and local events, additional overtime hours may be made available to provide more support to our customers as required.

Duties will include:

To ensure the safety, security and service of RCP's car parks, our customers and local property. To assist customers to park and provide great customer service, being a friendly face to help with making payments on machines/ mobile applications etc. To patrol the car park and carry out daily safety and operational checks To be responsible for cleaning, litter picking, vegetation management, surface repairs and maintenance of allocated areas. To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and other company equipment. To check all entry tickets/permits are valid and issue parking charge notices to vehicles deemed to have parked in contravention.
To support with wider operational projects such as mobilisation of site changes, new site set ups and de installation requirements.

Full driving licence required for this role due to operational driving duties.
