About the Role

Leisure Leagues, the UK's leading provider of small-sided football, operates a busy Monday night 6 a side league at Kedbull Leisure Centre in Gravesend. We are looking for a reliable and observant

Car Park Operator

to assist our Match Night Supervisor in maintaining a safe and professional environment at the venue.

This is a key support role focused on ensuring smooth traffic flow, safe arrival and departure of teams, and deterring any disruptive behaviour in the car park.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the car park area throughout the evening Ensure teams arrive and leave in an orderly and respectful manner Help prevent disturbances or unsafe behaviour in and around the car park Provide a visible presence to promote safety and deter anti-social conduct Liaise with the Match Night Supervisor and report any issues immediately Assist in creating a welcoming and respectful environment for players and spectators

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual with strong observational skills Confident and calm when interacting with members of the public Able to remain professional and composed under pressure Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Good communicator and team player
