Auto Spares Kippax is a small business in Leeds, LS25 7AH. Our goal is to provide excellent service to our customers. We are a busy , fast paced retail outlet for automotive parts, hardware and tools.

We are open 7 days a week, therefore weekend work on a rota is required.

We provide on the job training but some knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage.

We provide free workwear, free beverages throughout the day, and provide a workplace pension scheme.

The wage is dependent on experience.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of automotive parts and have a full drivers licence. Will be responsible for supporting our sales operations, assisting customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone

- Conduct basic maths calculations for trade transactions

- Sell products and services to customers

- Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of automotive parts

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic maths skills for handling trade transactions accurately

- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment

- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items to customers
