The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Car Sales Administrator / Accounts Support to join our client, a well-established motor retail team based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the Role
As a key member of the sales support team, you'll play an important role in ensuring all customer vehicle orders and associated administration are completed accurately and efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing vehicle orders and managing related administration
Taxing new and used vehicles
Supporting Retail Managers by collating finance paperwork and order tracking details
Ordering new vehicles and maintaining accurate stock records * Purchase ledger duties
Managing invoices and raising purchase requisitions
Coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered and prepared to exact specifications
Handling a varied workload while prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in an administrative or automotive admin role
Is an excellent communicator with a professional and confident manner
Demonstrates strong organisational and multitasking skills
Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
Can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Enjoys delivering a smooth and efficient service for both colleagues and customers
