About the Role

We're excited to be opening a brand-new Batchelors dealership in

York

, representing the innovative

Omoda

Jaecoo

brands. We're looking for an experienced

Car

Sales Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxing Used Cars Completing Change of Ownership for Used Cars Invoicing New & Used Cars Adding Supplementary costs to stock cards for preparation. Purchasing costs Ensuring that Key detail and information is correct and correcting if errors are found Checking sales reports and reconciling to ensure information is correct Checking stock reports Vehicle stock reconciliation

Key Competencies:

Previous motor trade experience essential Excellent IT skills Process driven Conscientious with good attention to detail Ability to achieve deadlines Working well within a close team Driving licence preferred but not essential
