VANRATH have partnered with one of the NI\'s leading Ford retailers, and the largest family-owned independent Ford Dealer in Northern Ireland

Hours:

Our Sales Executives work 5 out of 7 days each week which will include 1 late nights until 7.30 pm and rotated Saturdays from 9 am to 2.30 pm. Bank holidays are rotated and open under Saturday hours. The sales team will receive full days holiday for any Bank Holidays worked.

Salary:

40k OTE with company car included

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Up-sell accessories and add-ons at every opportunity.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the high standard of display at Desmond Motors, ensuring all cars are test drive / viewing ready.

\xc2\xb7 Complete each sale to Ford Standard.

\xc2\xb7 Accompany customers on vehicle test drives.

\xc2\xb7 Greet customers in a timely manor as the enter the showroom.

\xc2\xb7 Provide vehicle demonstrations for new and used cars.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure at all time throughout the sale process you are following all FDA guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Photograph and video cars on the forecourt for customers and company website.

\xc2\xb7 Advise customer on the finance, monthly payments, trade in options and warranties available on vehicles.

\xc2\xb7 Provide an excellent experience for customers, creating customer loyalty and advocacy.

The ideal candidate:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in sales is essential. Sales experience in car or vans is an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Must be self-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality.

\xc2\xb7 A true desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.

\xc2\xb7 Able to demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm; together with a willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.

\xc2\xb7 Listen well, influence & persuasive.

\xc2\xb7 Able to convince others in both positive or negative circumstances.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Must be flexible to work weekends, nights and bank holidays.

\xc2\xb7 Must hold a valid Driving licence.
