Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for prestige vehicles and a strong sales background.

This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a satisfying experience.

The successful candidate will be adept at upselling and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Basic Salary starting from 20,000 dependent on experience, with opportunity to earn monthly bonus/commission. Commission structure will be discussed as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant company software. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage sales. Upsell additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction in line with commission package. Collaborate with the sales management to achieve monthly sales commission targets. Maintain an organised workspace and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in the car sales industry , preferably in the prestige market. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with sales management software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to upselling and identifying customer needs. A valid driving license is required for conducting test drives.
