We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership team at at our new Chery franchise on the Wirral. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
Engage with potential customers both in person and via telephone to promote vehicle options and services.
Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Upsell additional products and services to maximise sales revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features relevant to the customer's needs.
Maintain organised records of all sales activities, appointments, and customer interactions.
Provide excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers from various backgrounds.
Proficiency in CRM software and organisational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals successfully.
Demonstrated upselling capabilities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
A valid driving licence is essential for conducting test drives and client visits.
A proactive attitude with organisational skills that enable prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
