Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supercar Buyer & Sales Executive to join our team at our state-of-the-art showroom, The Rocket Centre in Blackburn.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a proven background in the supercar market. The role will involve both sourcing and buying luxury vehicles as well as selling directly to clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Source, appraise, and negotiate the purchase of supercars and high-end executive vehicles.
Manage and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including suppliers, dealers, and private clients.
Proactively manage the sales process from enquiry through to handover, delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage.
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the luxury car market, current trends, and competitor activity.
Ensure all vehicles purchased and sold meet Lister's quality and performance standards.
Assist with vehicle presentation in the showroom, events, and client viewings.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, marketing, and service departments to achieve business objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years' experience working within a supercar dealership (buyer, sales, or combined role).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the high-end automotive market.
Strong knowledge of luxury and performance car brands (Lamborghini, Bentley, Porsche, Ferrari, Mclaren, etc.).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
High level of organisation, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
Full UK driving licence.
