Role Requirements
To meet monthly set targets using all brand consumer offers applicable whilst maximising profit using all available financial and add on products available.
Promote brand awareness using social media and video technology for every opportunity received.
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction keeping regular clear and transparent communication throughout the sales process. Treat all customers fairly using all compliance tools that are provided for every sale opportunity.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Achieve business targets set monthly both in sales volume and profitability.
Achieve set customer satisfaction targets for both New and Used car sales
Meet the company KPI's for outbound activity, CITNOW videos sent daily and appointments secured.
Develop individual skills through training and experience to be able to move into management positions when available. Create enough outbound activity (Calls) to generate appointments to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain the highest level of presentation at all times both on site physically and digitally
Uphold the company statement "Where our name means a great deal" at all times.
Act with integrity at all times
Duties:
Sell cars to a minimum of a target level set monthly
Generate enough activity to secure timed and confirmed business appointments to reach targets
Secure the satisfaction survey return from every customer new and used
Ensure that every customer is treated fairly and managed through an exceptional sales process
Upkeep both site and digital presentation dailyTreat every customer fairly using provided system tools
Make sure that every sale is compliant in 100% of cases
Make sure that required training is up to date for company and brand
Maximise the profitability of every sale making customers aware of all add on products and meet KPI's for sales
Essential:
Experience of target driven sales environment
Customer relations experience
Personal drive to achieve targets set
Full UK driving licence
Flexible to work some weekends
Desirable
Previous experience within the Motor sector
