Motorshift is an ever expanding used car dealership in Bury, Greater Manchester and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling and building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points.
Maintain an organised database of leads and follow up on potential sales.
Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently for each sale.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
