Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for customers throughout their vehicle buying journey Understand customer needs and guide them through the full sales process Deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations Achieve monthly sales and performance targets Work flexibly, including weekends, to accommodate customer availability

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in customer service or sales (retail, hospitality, call centre, or automotive) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience A full and valid UK driving licence Professional, motivated, and target-driven
