EMC have a position for a Sales Executive to join our BYD / Suzuki showroom who has a drive to succeed, as well as being able to deliver an outstanding customer experience, EMC is a privately owned company established over 50 years in Eastbourne and surrounding area.
As a EMC Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis, as well as achieving New & Used car sales targets and associated Finance and Insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
You will need to learn the required sales processes and to have a detailed knowledge of the car and commercial vehicle range, as well as finance and FCA regulations, if you wish to be part of our successful team.
Working Hours Full Time
Working hours are typically 8:30 to 18:00 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Saturday with 1 day off every other week. 1 in 4 Sundays required on a rota basis subject to the business opening on Sundays.
About You
If you are a successful car sales executive or in a very similar role in another industry, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as solid sales experience in a retail environment.
About the position
Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a "customer focused" attitude.
Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.
Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
