Enkae Prestige Motors is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to represent the brand and deliver an exceptional buying experience to the valued customers.

Responsibilities

Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries. Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences to provide outstanding services and personalised car recommendations. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively showcase and demonstrate luxury vehicle's features and benefits. Negotiate prices, terms, and trade-ins to reach successful sales agreements. Utilize Clickdealer software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Maintain an organized sales environment and follow up with leads promptly. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize dealership performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive Strong understanding of luxury car brands and models Exceptional communication, negotiation and customer service skills Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets Valid drivers licence and clean driving record
