To aid your personal development you will be given access to first class support from both W R Davies and Ford Motor Company including in-house and manufacturer training.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience and proven success within a franchised dealership (although transferable skills will be considered)
Work in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership requirements
Have excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with customers via telephone, email and in-person
Be IT Literate and confident using a PC and tablet
Have strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Be a solution focused individual with a natural problem-solving aptitude
Have excellent time management skills
Be focused on delivering a first-class customer experience
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence
The successful candidate will benefit from;

Salary 19540k per year + competitive monthly commission structure
1 day off each week (mid-week), plus every other weekend off
