Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our reputable and award winning automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with diverse customers and contributing to the growth of our sales team. Previous experience in sales will be considered advantageous, but not essential. Bottom line is were looking for people with great inter personal skills that can help and assist our existing and future customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, upselling additional products, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities



Engage with prospective clients both in person and via telephone , email and social media to promote vehicle sales and related services Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles and accessories Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively Upsell additional products such as warranties, insurance policies, and accessories to maximise sales opportunities Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal and quality memorable vehicle collection ensuring a seamless customer experience at all stages. Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or email Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Skills



Proven experience in sales or customer facing role is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner IT literate and able to use CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer information Demonstrated aptitude for upselling and cross-selling products effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment Adaptability in engaging with customer profiles and cultural backgrounds

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-55,000.00 per year
