We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of sales activities. Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience and meet their needs. Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all vehicles are presented in excellent condition for viewing. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to upselling and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
