Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the car purchasing process, ensuring a positive experience that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Duties


- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organised sales environment, including managing inventory and showroom displays.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using relevant software systems.

Experience


- Proven experience in Automotive sales.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with Click Dealer & Autoconvert is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Pay: Up to 70,000.00 per year
