Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and utilising CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage client interactions.

Duties

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Present and demonstrate our products to prospective customers, highlighting their benefits and features. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse client base. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage. Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for achieving targets and driving business success.
