Car Sales Executive

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the buying process Showcase vehicles and clearly explain features and benefits Conduct test drives, piy providing a professional and informative experience Negotiate prices, complete paperwork, and finalise vehicle sales Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups Use sales management software to track leads, appointments, and performance Upsell additional products and services where appropriate Support showroom duties, including vehicle displays, photography, and assisting the preparation team

Skills & Requirements

Previous sales experience (automotive experience preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks Comfortable using sales software (training provided if required) Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude Able to work well independently and as part of a team Weekend availability required (days off during the week)
