Due to the continued success and overachievement in sales at our Nuneaton dealership, we are expanding our team and actively seeking motivated, dynamic Car Sales Executives to join us.

About the Role:


As a Car Sales Executive at Drive Motor Retail, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales success. We are looking for self-driven individuals with ambition, adaptability, and a passion for cars. . Interview slots will be allocated accordingly.

Package Details:



Basic Salary of 20,000 with uncapped earnings with average total compensation exceeding 50,000 per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm (including one weekday off per week due to Saturday shifts) Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Sunday (rotating): 10:00am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:



Engage customers professionally and attentively, understanding their individual needs Present and demonstrate vehicles, showcasing key features and benefits Conduct test drives while providing detailed product information Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets

Requirements:



Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous experience in a Sales Executive role preferred Enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license

Desirable:



1-2 years' showroom car sales experience Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00-50,000.00 per year
