Junction 17 Cars is looking for a sales executives to join our fast expanding business. You will need to be able to work in a very fast pace environment, attention to detail is key and you will need to have amazing people skills that will not falter under pressure. You will need to have problem solving skills and an outstanding can do attitude in order to be able to deliver the best customer service, targeted customer conversion on both units and additional products and the right mind set to succeed.

Day-to-day duties
Ensuring company processes and procedures are followed, from enquiry to handover
Maximising profit per unit; Chassis, F&I profit, and accessory profit.
Setting up customer finance and insurance products
Delivering sales targets
Ensuring that the customer experience is first class
Ensuring that the aftersales experience is second to none and all aftersales enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
Experience needed
Sales experience, must have a proven track record
Full UK driving licence
High standards of organisational, admin and paperwork skills
FCA compliance knowledge
Interpersonal skills are a must to be successful in this role
Salary
OTE 65,000 per annum
Working days
Monday - Sunday with one and two days off in the week on a fortnightly basis.
