We're seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to join our successful Portsmouth team. Representing the UK's largest car brand by volume for the past five years, this role offers an exciting chance to work with a market leader, benefitting from consistent customer demand, ongoing brand growth, and a strong pipeline of new model releases.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers both in the showroom and digitally, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm
Building lasting relationships to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Working towards agreed sales targets with confidence and integrity
Staying up to date with product knowledge and latest model launches
Handling finance, insurance, and warranty packages (training provided if required)
Accurately completing all documentation related to the vehicle sale and handover
What We Offer:
Realistic OTE of 55,000+, with several executives earning in excess of 65,000
A straightforward, commission plan - no gimmicks, just transparent earnings based on your performance

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in presenting finance and insurance options
A full UK driving licence
A proactive approach and genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer journey
